Refunds and Returns Policy

If you are not happy with any of our cards, Simmy Biz will allow you to return the card to us provided it is still in it’s original package and it has not been damaged in any way and can be resold.  The card/s must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase.

A full refund or credit will be given. When returning goods please include your original invoice, giving us the reason for its return,
and whether you would prefer a replacement, credit or a full refund.

Post & Packing

At this moment in time all Simmy Biz card orders are FREE OF CHARGE.  This is very rare on the internet.

Catalogues

If you would like to receive one of our Mail Order catalogues you can order these from the catalogue area of the shopping chart for a small charge of just £0.50 or you can send us 2 second class stamps if you prefer.
